Membership Terms & Conditions

These membership terms apply to all memberships purchased at www.proudandfree.com and are subject to change at any time.
The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will remain in force throughout your initial membership period. If these terms are amended during or after your initial period, the updated version will apply beginning on your next renewal date.

Your Proud & Free membership and use of the site are subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all available at www.proudandfree.com.

Membership Fee

Proud & Free members are billed $17.76 per month until cancellation.
Discounted membership rates may be offered during promotions or one-time offers. These discounted rates will continue monthly at the agreed-upon price until you cancel.

Automatic Monthly Renewal

All memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled.

By purchasing a membership, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • You will gain immediate access to all membership benefits.

  • You authorize True American Holdings LLC to automatically charge your payment method each month at the rate disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

  • You are responsible for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including any charges processed after your payment card’s expiration date.

We may send you a renewal reminder email at least three (3) days before your next billing date, including clear instructions on how to cancel if you wish to do so.

Canceling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@proudandfree.com.

Please note:

  • Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, in whole or in part.

  • Your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period covered by your most recent payment.

  • Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any future renewal periods.

If you cancel your membership and later return to www.proudandfree.com and use any feature reserved for members, your payment card will automatically be charged for a new membership—even if it is not displayed in your checkout cart.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first at info@proudandfree.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
This allows us to review and resolve the issue promptly.

Termination by Proud & Free

Proud & Free may terminate or cancel memberships at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
In such cases, membership fees will be refunded on a prorated basis as of the termination date.

Governing Law

These Membership Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, to the extent permitted by law.
