Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days.

Standard US shipping is a flat $4.95, and orders of $60 or more ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time at proudandfree.com/pages/track-my-order.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@proudandfree.com with your order number and we will make it right.
